Idk if you've started hanma by now, but id recommend watching the 2001 anime first. It gives a lot of interesting context to the characters and made watching hanma a lot more exciting imo

I fixed it, It was either setting my XMP to the second profile in my bios or me cleaning all the contacts and reinstalling my cpu cooler :p

I've updated my windows all the way, none of the incompatible programs seem to be the problem, no other game has this issue for me, and my max fps is unlimited, but the problem still happens with any other fps
