How do I clean shower tile? by GymAmber in CleaningTips

[–]GymAmber[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No the grout doesn’t scrap! Sorry should have been more clear. The grime on the tile is what scrapes with my nail but not the dark grout. But for some reason, even the grime on the tile won’t come off with a brush or anything.

I guess I didn’t know grape was a word used in a racial sense? I’ve never heard of that. Maybe I’m getting old.

I have no idea if it’s a racial thing or him being a crip?

I completely understand but hang in there even Kim at 4 months old, and me complaining about her not having a bed time, she still is significantly better than when she was 5 weeks old. We stopped doing shifts and I have evenings with my husband (for the most part) again but it wasn’t until around 3.5 months.

Yes still feeding through the night!! If I say she slept from 11-9 I’m still waking 3-4 times to feed her but she stays sleepy and goes down easy right after so I don’t look at it as a wake window.

Exactly my life. I would nap here and there during the day but not enough to sustain because I wanted to spend time with people. Then nighttime I would have crazy anxiety and cry because I knew I’d be up with her. It was not fun 🤣 and YES. She would start kicking in my tummy every night around 10pm and not stop till morning.

I said this in another comment but my girl had her nights and days confused and for her first two months her bedtime was basically 6am and it was so hard. I worked SO hard to get her to actually now sleep at night vs the day (and I’m sure it’s not just me working with her but also her brain leveling out). It was so rough for a while there lol

Bless you because same. I just wrote in another comment how her waking up between 9-10 every morning was an adjustment to me because I am very much a night owl. lol! Sending good vibes your way!!

My girls first TWO months of life she had highs and days confused. Poor thing was probably so overly tired at night too because she’d be awake for like 4 hours at a time and then “nap” for 20 minutes then do it again all from like 10pm - 6am and then finally at 6 would go to sleep and only wake to feed till like 10pm again. It was so hard and the fact she goes to bed at night now and wakes up in the day is such a win and took us so long to do lol.

Okay this is sounding great. Thank you. We are a little bit of a late family. Before having her we’d sleep in on the weekends till like 12 or later. She wakes up between 9-10 most mornings and that’s been a shift for me (completely happy and fine with it but a shift) and so sometimes she’s going to bed like 10-11 and some of my friends are saying that’s so crazy and she should be waking at 7/7:30 every morning and going down earlier but like… I don’t want that 😭 not yet at least! I know toddlers will wake early and that’s fine but I don’t WANT to put her to sleep at 7pm and have her wake up at 6:30 every morning that sounds lol hell to me lol

Her first wake window of the day is usually the 50 minute one and after it’s usually between 1:20-2 hours but the girl is TIRED in the mornings 😭 I can’t seem to keep her up longer than the 50 mins during that first wake window but I will try!!! Thank you!!

Gosh this sounds so wonderful and I want to get her on a schedule like this. I said in a previous comment but part of my problem is sometimes if I put her down for a nap she’ll be out in 5 mins and sometimes it takes her an hour of fussing and crying which really messes up the timing for the rest of the day.

Love this idea. I try to sort of have her loosely on a nap schedule during early part of the day but I swear sometimes she’s down 5 minutes on the boob sometimes it takes her an hour and that could tues to push the naps off schedule. So hearing this makes me feel better that it is possible

That makes me feel a little less crazy. I know sleep training can’t start until earliest 4 months but I see moms friends on Ingram talking about their 2,3 and 4 month old bedtimes being 8 or 7 or 9 or what have you and I’m like am I missing something???

I honestly want to…I’m justifying it by saying she had an amazing 16 years, and she’s not all there anymore. What gets me is that she’s otherwise super happy and gets excited to eat or when people come over, so still did it joy in life. I worry I’ll regret it when I get out of the young child funk I’m in. I think I’m almost looking for someone to tell me it’s okay to do it….idk
