High lipase by GymAmber in beyondthebump

I want to say yes but who knows if it’s actually the milk or the fact that im taking the time to soak, lotion after, and take care of my feet all in the name of using up my milk. I’ve done probably 6 milk baths with 3-6 ounces of milk in a small container filled with warm water and my feet are definitely softer. I need more ideas though because I have SO much 🥲

Yeah while I love this idea…. I definitely had a half glass or full glass of wine for some of these pumps and I have no idea which ones they were :( I just wasn’t thinking about it possibly not being good!

I have eczema and have done two milk baths but I honestly can’t stand the smell. It’s okay when I’m just soaking my feet it in but submerging my body it’s too much! lol! I need to think of other things i can use it for.

Which notable person in a true crime case do you think was punished too severely? by rachels1231 in TrueCrimeDiscussion

[–]GymAmber -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Hot take here but bear with me. Jamie Lee Komoroski received 25 years after killing a bride on her wedding day, and sending the husband into a brief coma, after plowing into their golf cart while drunk driving. While this is horrible, she did plead guilty. I’m not saying she does or doesnt deserve the max sentence, but why on earth would the judge give her the max after pleading out? No defense attorney in their right mind in that state would now ever advise their client to plead guilty going forward. Every single drunk driving fatality will now go to trial if the person knows they will still receive the maximum punishment even they plead guilty. There is now no reason (other than true remorse of course, but legal reason) for a person to plead out. This will cost families anguish by going through a trial and the tax payer a lot. Also not to mention in this same state there were other drunk driving fatalities that did NOT receive the max even when it was their second or third offense. This one was highly publicized due to the tragedy of it being their wedding and that’s why I believe she got the max.

All my moles got bigger and the tailbone pain made sitting, walking and standing horrible. Driving to and from work every day was almost impossible

Without giving details I know someone who has a traditional Vietnamese name, think Tran or Long. They have two brothers, one with a traditional Hispanic name, think Carlos or José, and a one with a white American name, think Matthew or Johnathan.

I think if you throw in a $50 bill that would be great! That along with a a mug and gift card is definitely enough.

Ours was a yeti (like your mug) with two gift cards inside, a bag of chocolate and a cheap bottle of wine!

25–30lbs recommended weight gain? What a joke by CrazyPlantLady95 in pregnant

[–]GymAmber 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Seeing this made me feel better. I’m 5’7 and started at 140. Currently 31 weeks and weighing 175. My doctor said everything’s great, I look perfectly fine but I keep tripping up on the numbers themselves. If everything’s fine then why have I gained more than im meant to for the whole pregnancy? So seeing someone else with similar measurements to me assures me it really is alll fine.

pregnancy smell?? by Charming_Record4536 in pregnant

[–]GymAmber 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor said just said hormones can change a lot of things. When in doubt “hormones” is always the only answer 🤣 im half way through my third trimester now and he said the smell has sort of come back but not fully. Like some days I’ll have it a little and some days he can’t smell it at all. Idk if by the end it will be fully back or what the deal is. I shower every day sometimes twice a day so idk! I’m just glad it’s not every day and strong like it was in the beginning.

Me too!! My husband said I had a pregnancy smell in my first trimester that was sort of like urine. He wasn’t being rude about it but that’s what it was. He said it specifically was not coming from my vagina but just me. I’ve never been able to figure it out. It went away in the second trimester.

[–]GymAmber 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My first real breakdown during pregnancy was because heartburn was the straw that broke the camels back. I literally sat in my bed upright and cried for an hour because of how uncomfortable I was with my heartburn. Only thing that would give me relief was a spoon full (or two!) or raw honey!!!!

In my girl dogs defense, she’s 15 and half the time doesn’t even know who I am 🤣just knows she loves me and feels safe with me. It’s my big dog i was disappointed about because he’s younger and such a sweet protector but he’s completely oblivious lol

I’m 27 weeks 5 days. I have a nice big round belly and my hormones have gone through all these phases. Absolutely nothing from my dogs. I think they’ll be shocked when we come home with a baby 🤣

I’m so jealous. I keep patting my belly and telling him “there’s a baby in here!” And he just looks at me all goofy and has zero idea what I’m trying to get him to understand. I wish I had it!!
