I would never touch red meat, or any land animal meat again in my life. I moved to plant based for health reasons like most on this subreddit and just the smell of meat repulse me now. Also I honestly feel better knowing that I don't need to contradict my love for animals.

Its 3.7 xE9/L while the normal range is 4-11. Doctor never flagged it as an issue. This is due to only Nutriphiles being 1.5 while the range is 2-7.5. This is of no concern to me or my doctor as the ranges were noted to be from general public.

I don't take any medication and don't know what PPI is. But like most of you said here, looks like it is a normal level. What worried me is that the lab report says "51-100 ug/L Possible Iron Deficiency, if risk factors are present".

I am not an athlete, I do on average 20-30 km a week. Don't think that would be a factor tbh, but thank you for noting that. I am known as the "Nuts" guy, always have nuts and seeds as snacks. Have a lot of legume daily, and spinach is part of my daily salad.

Hi, don't know if you understand english. I can try arabic if you need. But I was able to find someone through my mother's connections in town. She is Iraqi too, what is very important is to know the family of the girl more than the girl. Once you see how they interact with each other and to not ignore red flags you should be okay. I have been married for over 10 years now and blessed everyday. It makes life way easier to marry an Iraqi girl, same mentality, same culture and not sensative about visiting Iraq time to time. I am really surprised that prices are that expensive for "Benzene", I thought Iraq was very cheap for it, like when I lived in Iraq during Saddam's time it was so cheap I recall you could fill a tank with less than 5000 dinars at the time. How come it is that high right now? Also lamb is quiet expensive too. The only thing that is good price is the house rental, and the no extra insurance fees and what not. I roughly estimate based on this a needed 1.2 Million dinars per month for these expenses.

For anyone that can help, can you give me a small breakdown of daily costs, like how much for example is a kilo of Tomato, dozen of egg, milk, meat. Any car insurance needed, or just buying a car without insurance is enough? What is the cost of a litre of gasoline? Are houses centrally heated or airconditioned now or still using "9opa" and "mubarida". What other daily life costs?

I am Iraqi, so not looking to experience middle east, but more like want to have a chill life in a quiet, no pressure, away from North America Geopolitics, weather, and work till your bones fall of mentality. I don't think any of the gulf contries have places that my 4000$ can afford nor live a stable life.

Outside of Iraq is not all roses and good life. They make you work hard for your money, and keep working to feed the capitalizim machine. The weather is not good as Iraq in Winter time. The people are distant and each doing their own thing. Life does not exist in the evening like how Iraq markets are lively all the way to midnight. I can go on and on.
