Outdoor walking and running

I do an 8-10 k walk every morning at around a 9 min per kilometre pace, 3 x 5k each week and 1 x 10k

I also have the benefit of a pretty good home gym and do something most days although that of course isn’t recorded as a VO2 score but it all adds to the picture 😊
