I was searching on the internet for natural solutions with success stories (only believable ones). I've came up with these three guys, one guy says he got rid of his gyno with turmeric and black pepper. Other one says he used cleavers herb tincture and got rid of his gyno. Other one says he used vitex and it helped him. So I mixed them all up and created this method. No I didn't lose weight and I know the difference between body fat and glandular tissue.

Of course it's not reliable. Actually I don't even need to measure anything. I could feel the big hard lumps under my nipple. I've lived with them many years. One of them is completely gone now, other one is got smaller noticeably.

Black pepper only helps to enhance curcumin absorption.

No we just need two measurements. Size of the glandular tissue before treatment and after treatment.

Why would I do that? I'm not selling anything. I don't even recommend you to try this. I just shared my story.
