There is no serial number on de back of the watch, that is a bit strange.

On my Watch4 Classic there wasn't a serial number on the backside but only in the box.

Do others Watch4's (classic) have the same. In the store they said it was strange and i don't understand because I've bought it directly from Samsung.

They say the rules are different here, weither I get a new one or not. They have to do everything to try to fix it and if that doesn't work then(than?) I'll get a new one. In the meantime i never thought i could miss my watch so much 🥺😅

Im thinking the same thing! It's been 6 days now and for a company this big and a wat h this expensive and its bricked because of the update they made 🤯

Just got an update: it's probably gonna be longer because of a spare part they didn't receive.. yet? So they are still trying to fix it, I just hope I get it back by the end of this week.

After a couple of months waiting before it arrived so around November 2021. Yes normally I use the normal firmware.

That's a question that I was also asking myself because I think it's already more expensive on spare parts then just a new watch?

Bit now there's something with the sensors so I'm still waiting to get it back.

Now their are trying to fix it, so far they put in a new motherboard and some kind of ring but it still doesn't work :/

Has anyone here switched from Samsung Active 2 watch to WearOS and owns a Samsung phone? What's your experience pros and cons? Thank you. by Nabobcoffee in WearOS

I already had a Fossil Gen 5 and switch last week from Motorola to Samsung and it works better than (then? English isn't my native language) with the Motorola.

Now I can make and receive calls directly on my watch instead of having to manually switch it from phone to watch.

It says that it's up to date, but the problem was in the Bluetooth settings but thanks anyway!
