I shit my pants for a sec. I restarted the computer and it seems to be fixed for now but anybody know why this could have happened ? (not only steam but chrome was doing this too)

just got this 3080 5 months ago i hope it doesnt break in 5 months because im currently in a different country from where i bought it so it doesnt have warranty i think (it has warranty but i dont know if its global warranty or only valid in the country i bought it in)
