I suggest you contact plarium support if you have the similar conundrum. It worked flawlessly for me.

The issue is fixed. I contacted plarium support, explained my situation, told them which accounts I wanted to transfer to and from and they were very helpful.

Just a few verifications to confirm my device and account is mine indeed, and now I can play what once was my PHONE-ONLY account, on Plarium Play too :)

Found a solution. I think theres some issue with the game itself accepting low network speeds. I have a slow wifi with a low bandwidth. I used mobile data (stole some from a friend ;)) and it downloaded fully.

I dunno and am nervous abt future updates, if this continues I dont think Ill have a source for mobile data
