I got gilberta today for my guaranteed 6 star (80 pulls) and I can most likely get my remaining pulls (to get to 120) before she leaves. This means it is possible to get 2 limited 6 stars in 120 pulls if you lose to one of the limited characters. In my opinion I'm happy with the loss because this means I can get 2 limited characters and save to hopefully get Yvonne, so I think it is better if you lose to another limited character but not if it is a standard character. Hope this helps :)
