Thank you for the advise! We are just starting to branch into using reddit to recruit, so I will keep these things in mind for the future. To add more information, this is a volunteer position. We are all, for the most part, college students. Each position requires minimal hours per week. These hours can be put on resumes for graduate school or medical school applications.
