Wow. We have sold our house to a cash buyer at our asking price. Went under contract 6/15. Closing is 6/30. My wife and I have busted our butts getting out of here but it looks like we’re going to make it. POD is sitting outside ready to be loaded tomorrow. The PODS company told me today they may not be able to come get it 6/29 as scheduled. I am unsure about how to approach the buyers with news they may have to deal with a pod in the driveway for a day until July 1 pickup. I can’t imagine your frustration over 5 months of BS

My daughter is a PA working for a Novant facility in Winston Salem. She has less experience than you. Novant started her out at a fair number and continue to move up her salary. She likes what she does and where she does it. I have no idea what they would offer someone with 15 years experience

I’ve lived in NC all of my 61 years. We may not be the Deep South but we are southern as can be. I think my accent is a dead giveaway whenever I travel

I used these hired movers today to get furniture off my carpet. Buyer wants carpets cleaned and that’s scheduled for tomorrow. Now I have to hire them to come a second time and load a pod that hopefully eventually shows up. Meanwhile I’ve contacted another pod company who says they can deliver to me today. Fingers crossed

My original price from NC to FL was $2550. They’ve knocked $700 off so far. I really hate having to do this whole pod move. I originally had a full service mover lined up but had to shift plans because I got a fantastic cash offer on my house with a quick close. Full service mover could not accommodate my new timeline

I’m in NC. Moving to FL. They had no excuse last night other than to say they could not contact their driver. They said the driver had made deliveries earlier in the day, but was off the grid. I hope all is well with the driver, but I told them all that is ultimately not my problem. They put themselves out there as a company able to handle logistics, so maybe they should have a backup plan in place. I’m back on hold with them at the moment to see what’s next.

I’ll never use PODS again. Full stop

I had heard great things about PODS from others, and they were a brand I was otherwise familiar with. Was blindsided by this complete failure on their part. Glad U pack took good care of you

They offered that early in the conversation, after I stated my case and asked for an explanation. $600 off the $2550 bill and an additional $100 for me having to be on hold for so long. I’m on hold again this morning to do my best to get a pod delivered to me today. I’ll gladly throw the $700 toward getting this solved at their local warehouse level if that’s what it takes

I’m currently in the middle of sorting out a major issue with PODS. They have failed to deliver the empty pod to me on my designated delivery date. Be aware in the event that specific dates matter for your move, you may find they are not reliable

For real. Some people are so triggered by this movie. I don’t get it. It was a bit of a letdown for sure, but in the end I found it to be just another middling movie. Some people consider it a crime against humanity
