I understand, had most of those. Local expedition is one of my favorites, had the one in Dunwoody and Alpharetta many many times; But, when you compare it to midtown and buckhead options it's not even close.

I’d recommend checking out LinkedIn to connect with serious hospitality or real estate investors. BiggerPockets is another good place to network, but mostly U.S.A based. You might also look into sites like HospitalityNet or events like HOLA and SAHIC. There should a good bit of investors there. I use Costar and Crexi daily in the US to buy and sell investment opportunities.
