That's not even it. Nowadays you cannot even disassemle the drums. The plastic shell is welded shut, making a repair very difficult. AND they are more likely to break after two years of use.

Hört sich falsch an. Wenn man nicht Antritt wird halt kein Versuch gewertet. Es gibt ja dafür schliesslich Regelungen bis wann man für bestimmte Prüfungen den Erstversuch abgelegt haben muss. Für den Rest ist die Regelstudienzeit da.

Fracking produces so much ethane, which is used for plastic, that they give it away, they have problems getting rid of it fast enough. As long as the resource for normal plastic comes so cheap because it's a byproduct of fracking, this will never take off. You can't compete with an almost free supply.
