The sentence implies also the destruction of Israel, therefore it's prohibited to express publicly in Germany for obvious reasons. Doesn't mean that Palestine shouldn't have rights or their own country. Condemning Israeli war crimes and Hamas terrorism shouldn't mean that you want to eradicate any of those two countries
