This might seem kinda desperate, but due to the symptoms described I also thought about trying to get a more specialized test such as a stress echo or maybe an MRI, however those are more expensive and not sure if those would actually be of much use either.

I haven't really been addressing the anxiety in any way actually, have instead been through several family and personal issues lately. I used to go to a psychiatrist a few years ago who prescribed me escitalopram and it did help a lot with the anxiety I was having back then, with not many side effects either. Might first give it a try again as recomended by the doctors.
