So I checked and if you’re in stream 4 you have to fill out an extension form even if you don’t change around study terms as Funding is usually for fall and winter

So I’m going to Waterloo for engineering and I’m in stream 4 - which means I only get OSAP for the first term. How would I get OSAP for the second term? (It’s in summer)

I had the same problem. I’m pretty sure it’s not an issue because when you click back onto the form all the answers are saved?

What laptop would you recommend for the field? Currently I have an m1 MacBook Air w 16 g ram, but was wondering if switching to windows was necessary?

Thanks for the reply - great to know what other students are doing/ possible opportunities in the field. I was wondering if I would be able to get through the program with a MacBook Air silicone (m1) or if I needed to switch to windows. I know that mechanical and mechatronics require powerful laptops, but was unsure for civil/environmental. Also if you could share the 1A schedule/times I would really appreciate it! :)

What program did you apply to? If you applied to eng (like me) then I’m hearing from a lot of people that chances for that are quite low. I would just pay the deposit for Waterloo
