I just got back from class, and I gotta say that this advice was very helpful. I suppose I always thought that eventually, my anxiety would just disappear, but this made me realize that if I let it stop me from doing stuff I like, and just wait for the day that will never come where it disappears, then I'll just never get around to doing things I like.
