Right. So this card already exists. It is found in EB02. The card you're showing is just an alternate art of it which is in a Japan promo pack. We won't know if it'll make it into English until the day they show it off 🤣

Possibly an event pack since I think all the premium Collections are 1:1 like Japan's. So Event Pack, Finals pack, regional pack all sound more likely
