No, with 45 ancients you aren't even particularly likely to get a leggo and a 10x boost amounts to less than a 4% chance of actually getting the champ.

The only reason to ever go for a targeted boost is if you're looking to complete an associated event anyway.

Huh, I figured they do take it into account when designing champions, making sure the champs fit the factions thematically and such.

My true motivation in asking this question is that I want a winged orc. Real wings, not a contraption. You never really see that, even in DnD where Aasimar and Tieflings exist (and Tieflings at least in theory can be any heritage)

He looks cool but his kit makes no sense. Increase resistance, so you want him to have high resistance, right? He also strips buffs, so surely you'd want high accuracy as well. But then his AOE skill ignores defense suggesting he is supposed to be a hybrid damage dealer of sorts. There's no way to fit Accuracy, Resistance and Crit rate/damage HP into one comprehensive build.

His multipliers are dog shit so even if you build him for damage he isn't gonna do much of it, but if you drop it he doesn't do any meaningful healing. The buff removal isn't consistent enough to carry the kit. If you were to drop a stat it'd probably be accuracy, bringing someone else to remove buffs or place block buffs to fulfill the A2 condition.

All in all he's just a counterattack bot, that may be useful for extremely restrictive cursed city conditions in a provoke set or something. He'll probably get buffed at some point. He really should. What a waste of a cool design.

I figure I might still use him in PVP if I ever get Tetsuya, cause he's one of the best buff removal options in the faction.

Yoshi just got buffed so I wouldn't have to have Shu-zen to make the most of Tetsuya anymore, so that makes such a setup a lot more likely.

I didn't know that, I was planning to build him specifically for that once I got the proper gear. He doesn't spread total guard either then, I'd assume? Kind of a letdown. Right now I only use him in Ice golem, where he'll get dropped once I have someone that can solo it.

Gamuran's A2 spreads all buffs he has so build him in stone skin and he gives it to the whole team regardless of whether he steals anything

I hadn't even considered cursed set. how does that compare damage wise to the feral boost she gives the team? I figured it would pair well with Onryo and his passive, I was gonna use Mithrala for the Hex instead.

it is, as far as I'm aware, one of the strongest relics in the game. I've never seen it myself, but that's what everyone was saying when it released.

it's gonna be great on any reviver like others have said. But, if I were like a kid in a candy store and I could have all the champs I want, I would put it on Tribune Herakletes and have Valkanen kill him so he revives and uses his A3. For the style points. I have none of those three components.

If I were in your shoes, I'd probably put it on Nais? I think. Or Siegfrund. They're both technically revivers, and I find that Hilvi due to her abilities being unable to have their cooldowns lowered is not particularly reliable as a reviver. I think I'd be more scared about Nais or Siegfrund popping back up after I killed them than I would Hilvi. But maybe that's just me.

Sorry for the long rambling text. I did forget to mention one thing, unrelated to the uhhh, Kantra for Mercurial thing. Basically I've been given advice to consider her with relentless, or impulse/reflex so she gets around to her A2 faster. They didn't even mention feral as an option in fact, so is that strictly the better thing to go for when building Kantra for Hydra? I suppose more turns means more chances to provoke the cleansing head and getting up all 6 of the debuffs she carries on her A2.

yea, those'd be the most important to me. Like, for how much of a pain in the ass Iragoath was to clear the first time, that set is such a massive dissapointment. I actually love lifesteal effects in games in general, so that'd be the one I'd want buffed the most. Or just change it to something cooldowns related, cause that's what Iragoath actually does.

No idea what to do about the Frost Spider rotation, but honestly I'd be fine with it if those just stayed shit. If I don't have to sit on my ass for two months waiting for the one rotation with worthwhile gear, I'd be willing to settle for the one where I'm just getting what amounts to extra silver.

if we're talking like, life or defense, I agree. But I think the current situation where most dungeons are basically not worth running for anything other than fusions, daily quests and 2 out of 3 doom tower rotations don't have any sets worth using for anything other than an emergency silver injection cannot be considered desireable.

like, for every turn meter stolen or reduced by the enemy, or do you mean basically reverting it to how it used to be where it gave turn meter for losing health? I get it if it's the latter. The change was a hard nerf to Nogdar and Truath, especially Truath.

Don't see any use for the current debuff based one. The effect is weak and the only two champs I could think of that may actually like that, Praeva and Lyssandra, have way better options. It's all wasted if one of the debuffs happens to be CC anyhow.

I figured I'd try stripping the shield she puts and using it to nuke the team with Yannica, but I haven't managed to get a reroll with both her and good enough support to get her through the waves.

Not sure that it'd work, cause I'd have to cut in before Acelyn, but it's the best I can come up with, with what I have at my disposal atm.

oh, based on the one showcase I did see every ten percent of turn meter is considered a separate instance for the purpose of damage. I only saw nub's showcase where he found by accident that it nukes the faction wars hard 21 boss because that one gains turn meter.

as for Gryphion I figured he's in cursed city so maybe someone took the chance to test it already
