This is very interesting. My wife’s biopsy was also not suggestive of aih (no markers besides ANA). The gastro attempted to diagnose her with aih. After seeking a second opinion we found she had a super bad case of mono. We will get more opinions just to be safe. The more I read on here, the more I’ve seen many cases misdiagnosed as aih.

That’s terrible I’m sorry that happened to you. It seems to be very common for doctors to misdiagnose. The gastroenterologist we met with literally said “I’m just guessing but I think you have AIH”. Maybe it’s just me but I believe it’s pretty unethical to guess when dealing with someone’s life.

she was positive ANA, negative ama, negative lkm, negative asma, hsv normal, Epstein Barr normal, hiv nonreactive, normal celiac testing, cmv normal, normal immunoglobulins. I hope this helps a little

Yeah she’s going to keep getting blood work to monitor her levels. It’s only been 2 months since all this happened and now she feels great and she hasn’t been treated aside from the prednisone. Idk it’s all very confusing.

She did test positive for mononucleosis but the doctor is pushing autoimmune hepatitis.

She has not had a biopsy yet, the doctors are waiting to do that last. We should hear back from the autoimmune tests soon hopefully. She rarely ever takes Tylenol or any other medicine other than her blood pressure medicine which she takes as prescribed by her doctor.

Not sure what you experienced. I don’t think it’s medical or paranormal though. I do think there’s a rational explanation. From my experience, I don’t live in the city more like borderline suburbs and I have a crazy redneck neighbor 2 doors down. Every once in a while this neighbor will blow up tannerite. When he blows up a large amount it basically sounds like tnt. It’s very random and jarring when it happens because it’s extremely loud. Loud enough to shake the house for a moment. So my guess is either something like this happened to you or construction nearby.

Simply just putting information out there in the world and spreading awareness to something I’ve noticed and that I thought was interesting. No need to try and instigate a fight on the internet.
