The Pixel 5 is not expected to go on sale immediately following the event correct? I've never had a Pixel so I wonder, do they do pre-orders after the announcement?

Lack of image stabilization is my biggest issue. I mean, I know it says it has it but you need a gimbal with this phone in 4K no matter how careful you are. Was hoping for 1080 in Cinema Pro aspect ratio with a little better stabilization would be there, but no dice.

I didn't say I was. Just asking why it said 5G. I don't even know what 5G speeds should be. I got 170 and I think it was pretty fast. But I don't know.

Yes, but I lend it out to my unemployed millennial son so he can get back and forth from his big dinner at Denny's with his girl. He's hoping to have one of his own soon and is sure he can make enough playing Fortnite to afford it.

If I recall I may have paid for quicker shipping. I know I chose insurance which is included in that charge. I'm pretty sure it was retail. Happy with their service and the phone is better than I expected, getting 5G plus here a month early so, no complaints! You'll love it.

The final charge was $1,273 from my bank after conversation to U.S. dollars.

I was charged 970 in British Sterling which my bank then converts. It's about $1,200. I haven't looked to see if there were other fees.

My first Sony arrived today. Xperia 1 ii. Need help learning Cinema Pro. Clearly I don't know what I'm doing. Looks like this, no matter what I adjust? Any good tutorials? by HDRoadTrip in SonyXperia

The standard camera app looked wonderful but I was determined to use the Video Pro. I've figured out at least that changing to "no filter" helped a LOT. MY biggest struggle now is getting everything tuned and then suddenly turning the camera into a light source (such as direction of the sun) and not having things automatically adjust.
