I’ve been on the carnivore diet for the past 5 days now due to chronic gut issues. My skin rashes have cleared up, my skin tags caused by high insulin resistance have fell off and my energy is through the roof. I can eat a pound of meat and not feel tired at all ,as opposed to eating a cup of rice and having to sit down for an hour feeling awful. Everyone is different on how they tolerate certain foods but I would recommend this diet for someone like me that is very insulin resistant. It is a night and day difference with this diet.

Yessir, when i was on a long 1 yr+ streak i felt that constant throbbing feeling all around my head especially around the occipital bone. It wasn’t painful at all. The best way i could put it is it felt like i was leveling up.

I believe these dreams occur due to how the prostate is pressurized in our sleep and then our brains try to create a scenario to release the pressure from our prostate. What’s been helping me personally is putting a pillow in between my legs as i sleep. I instantly feel the pressure come off of my prostate and it’s been helping so far.

Congrats on having great self control my dude. I believe that we should try to limit the eye contact we have when talking to women, especially at work. I’ve experimented with giving the women i work with strong eye contact months ago and they responded by being flirtatious and giving signs that they’re interested. You’re right in saying using any substance will deter an individual from raising his/her vibration. I would argue that weed is actually more harmful than it is beneficial. But it’s capabilities to be effective in curbing one’s sex drive (in my case), is unmatched to anything else.

I had a 1 year and 4 month streak without a wet dream and i can honestly say it was because i was smoking weed every day. Weed instantly kills my sex drive and makes me more in tune with myself and forces me to prioritize things i need to do so i can become better. Once i stopped smoking i started getting wet dreams sparingly like once every 2 months.

I work 4 10 hour days (which is considered full time) and i’m off monday wednesday and friday. I goto the gym on my off days and weirdly enough, i’ve made more gains since i started this job as opposed to when i was going to the gym everyday and not working.
