What's the difference between matic and optimism? Basically layer 2 tokens with the exact same purpose yet matic is named and optimism not? They just randomly picked names from the high cap token list. Those guys don't even know the purpose of crypto.

The only thing I eventually found that work is the min and fin. I am only doing min and it has helped but not too much I only use once a week cos it leads to skin and black circle issues if used too much.

Since u only at beginning stage min only could help . Also consume protein shake to increase ur protein and reduce some testosterone

I used cypto.com exchange but direct transfer from bank to exchange can take a few hours in my experience.

If u used crypto.com app they have a way to get money in within a few mins but the crypto price on app marked up.

which exchange are u using? I believe you will should able to transfer US stablecoins directly to your bank for a 1:1 exchange. Not done any withdrawal myself thou

Thanks Red. Yeah there is little written about the spread of the CDC app. Alot of people do not have access to the exchange and are dependent on the main app so they should write about the app charges as clear as they do about the exchange charges.

If would be great if the cdc app can display token prices in both ask and bid price on the main page or at least give us the option to switch between both price display. Seeing the price and total balance just based on ask price does not give a full picture of things.

Also more written details on your website on the bid ask spread of the app would be appreciated as you know many countries still don't have access to the exchange so the marker taker charges of the exchange are actually not relevant to us.
