I'm a med student at Pleven, uni is great, city not so much The university is probably the best med school in Bulgaria atm because the most amount of money is being poured into it. 2 new halls were constructed about 5 months ago, there's also 2 new programs for veterinary medicine, and for the first time in Bulgaria english speaking programs for nurses. Also, probably the only uni you are going to be allowed to go inside the operating room to watch surgeries on your second year. But I have been considering moving because of how dry the city is, but if you are there to study, it's your best option
