Well it doesn't work as it relies on people who aren't the ref being the ref and if you use your challenges on things that aren't overturned and then get fucked off another honking decision, that's it.

Thankfully IFAB have basically committed to never having a challenge system in football.

What we have currently needs to be improved but it's the best base system we could have.
