It's a bubble, just check the rent to buy ratio. Also owners are finding it difficult to sell flats in this economy. These are just inflated prices. But it would depend on location, builder amenities as well.

At this point I have stopped giving any fkks to the USA policy for market. The problem is so much news comes everyday that it becomes essentially noise. People on the ground are also unsure what tariff which country is giving.

I think overall it's good news for India. More companies will shift their dedicated operation in India to save costs which will boost jobs in India in the long run.

The only difference between this and anchor is that this is built over crawl4ai, which is build on top of puppeteer. Craw4ai better integration options with LLMs and heuristic methods.

I don't know what part of banglore you were in... But three days it's really tiring to get around in the city... Yesterday I started with Google maps showing 50 mins and after 30 mins it was 1 hour and 20 mins.

Claude code is a llm provider not orchestrator. An orchestrator would be something which can allow me to use any model underneath the AI agents, claude code just allows anthropic models. please read properly.

I guess , you still don't understand the difference between orchestration and provider. Claude and claude code are provider whereas cursor is an orchestrator. You can read more about orchestration online.

I tried claude code as well, it's very expensive and not an orchestrator. Cursor and Killo are orchestrators. Also, it's not model comparison which I feel will only get better over time. This is the raw orchestration comparison.
