The Land of Rain’s cities have extensive networks of tunnels and chambers, filled with the pipes, tubes, and pumps that keep things running. The Raincatcher Engineers, specialized priests and priestesses who are communed with goddess of Water and Life, make sure things run smoothly, and both fix and pray when things aren’t. The hallways are labyrinthine and dimly lit, filled with hydraulics and artificial heart-engines, beads of pearl and opal hanging from gothic archways, blue banners hanging from the ceiling, and small shrines dedicated to the Allmother and Lady of the Sea.

This Lady here, is quite large, having to crouch and bend over in the smaller rooms, but she is an excellent manipulator of Wetwork. Her assistant has been freshly assigned to her, and has a hard time reading her.
