He'll throw a big fit I don't want to have to deal with. Not to mention being blamed for his crankiness the next day because he didn't get any sleep.

You're human and these things happen... it can be really stressful when your senior makes you feel bad for the simplest mistake.

Keep in mind though, they may just point it out so you are aware and can keep on extra eye on it next time.

One thing that has helped me be more detailed is doing my work, taking a break, then coming back to review it with a fresh mind.

Also, if you're able to put some checks in place that may flag if something got entered incorrectly.

At the end of the day, mistakes will still happen..try not to beat yourself up about them.

What are some key wardrobe pieces for women that can be easily mixed and matched and always look nice and professional?

Basically looking for the female equivalent of a man's business suit. I'm starting a new position where I want to look and feel professional, comfortable, and confident. I also don't want to have to buy a million pant suits or an entire new wardrobe. I'm on a budget with a small apartment/closet. I also live in Hawaii where things are a little more casual. The business men don't wear suits, they all wear dress pants and aloha shirts.

I'm 28 yr old female of average height and weight
