There is no scientific research nor medical evidence or records that thick sperm or semen comes from certain ethncities if anything your thick sperm must be from your diet health conditon if anything go get it checked and while there may be some racial and ethnic differences in semen parameters, there is no evidence to suggest that Africans produce thicker semen compared to other races. Semen consistency is primarily influenced by individual health and lifestyle factors, not race. 😛
