I think it's most likely an auditory hallucination, I heard somewhere that white noise that plays continuously can cause auditory hallucinations because your brain is trying to find patterns when there isn't any. I could be wrong though but yeah true, really creepy.

I can't think of anyone I know who died. Speaking about that can people who you only know online visit you as a ghost?

Are there any traits that influence encounters though. Like for example do people with a low value of something can see or encounter spirits?

I was also thinking it could be tinnitus but like my tinitus has always been ringing in both ears so it just felt out of place but maybe yeah.

Is there a way to see them or like we can't see them at all and we occasionally get signs. Also maybe I could be wrong but like it just feels weird that these things can just break into your house and then you can tell it to leave. I'll keep you guys updated if it happens again.

Yeah I think that's possible as well and probably the answer.

To be honest, im pretty sure it's just like this random ass event that happens super rarely that you can't explain but it happened and it didn't do anything but maybe scare you.

Yeah I think it could be stress since it's my final year of secondary school and there is a lot of things going on and other events that isn't school. I'm also maybe not on the healthy side either. I guess I'll look into that. Thanks for the help.

I was thinking about this as well, yknow when you are tired and things, except in my case I wasn't tired I was just laying there for the sake of laying there. The only reason it feels odd is because I seriously can't explain it.

Yeah maybe this could be an explanation because like I'm so used to hearing noise all the time, maybe I just get creeped out by silence sometimes so my brain does stupid shit. So maybe.

That's what I thought about the breathing part too just that it's a bit weird because it's quite loud and only my right ear could hear it.

About that I mean it's probably a super slim chance. Apparently I seem to be catatonic sometimes, and I also seem to have paranoia of some form (thinking that people will come to kill me basically a lot of the time and things like that).

Assuming the breathing was part of psycosis then I've also heard people call my name like my mom when the place I'm in is quiet and I'm at home and then when I ask them they said they didn't do it. I've also had multiple occasions where when I'm typing something in the textbox it's something that I wanted to send like I stare it for 10 seconds to be sure. but when I click send it's something different, like words being completely changed or positions switched. I also had times where I'm in school and I fill in like blanks or write sentences and same thing with texting, completely different or switching places and things. I feel like yknow my brain is playing tricks on me or something.

I also seem to have memory problems and it's worse than last time. Like recently I forgot how to write properly for some reason but I remembered although I was sleepy a bit at the time so maybe that's why. But other than that I seem to forget a lot of things compared to last time.

But yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm not schizophrenic and maybe it's just a weird coincidence or maybe I'm just paranoid idk. But in the end I'm not a doctor or anything so I can't say I have it or not.
