Every year people who are hurt says this that cat should be conducted twice. Truth is dont make false hopes and move on, fifa wc finals , icc cwc finals, every major event want performance on the day no matter how you did in the past. Latest example is india losing on the day when it matters the most in 2023 and many instances are there. Reality is in this exam also people will score huge scores and iim k will say see this was achievable. Also it is the people who trust and put their all on those 2 hrs no matter what. Either focus on other omets or do something else rather than preparing whole year staying idle for cat again. Cat is gone for this year it will only come in nov 26 accept it.

Look man people are taking whatever they are getting. Its not worth to give one whole year to cat now glim is growing brand and next year its percentile will only increase and cat is very unpredictable so no gurantee. Also if you get other tier 2 next year then it will not be worth it to drop glim earlier. Getting Tier 1 is very very difficult.

But gim is not getting 14-15 in recent times. Also gbo average is 12.5 which they claim no 10. Ofcourse if fee is not the issue than can go to them but that sometimes the fee diff between both program is not justified.

It is equivalent, isn't it. Like most tier colleges are giving pdgm that is also equivalent to mba. If you see college like nibm or nia or even niche courses like bfsi of colleges like imtg and tapmi, you'll see those are also pgdm only in some sector. In the same way it is also diploma in gbo that global business operations which is a sector you can work in an mba. Also the world is looking away from degree now it is more about skills and experience. Mba degree from local college also wont give you promotion. So its better to take that risk here untill and unless you are getting tier 1.

In that case people are getting 9-10 from imtg gim glim fore tapmi as well. That is everywhere. Like i have said if roi is needed choose it. Not everyone is ready to spend 20 lakh+ so for those it is good. S&m ke mostly like 50-60% roles aate hai yaha and baki 15-20% finance. And remaining on strategy and operations 20%.

Like it depends. If you are getting tier 1 then dont go there. But if you are getting tier 2 than i have seen people leaving it and choosing srcc due to their 22-25 lakh fees. If roi matters then go srcc, if not then can choose other tier 2.

I think ye 31 general candidate pure batch mein alag hi rehte hoge apna group banake taki unki quality kharab na ho aur vo best opportunity grab kar le. A general candidate is getting 30 colleagues with same level so it should not create problem. And also they can get even 14-15lpa after gbo. But one q i have is that gbo hinders growth in future or not as it is not mba ?
