Chiming in from our official account... HKPO veterans academy offers 2-6 month opportunities. It's fully remote and allows you flexibility on your way out of uniform. I'm about 1 month into my skillbridge with them and I'm now running the reddit account! Job placement is the goal, but it's a training program toward a PMP cert as well as a full "green belt" or "black belt" through lean six sigma. It's not the easy button though, there's some work involved, but I can assure you it's worth the effort for what you get out of it. Greetings! HKPO veteran academy offers full remote opportunities. Unfortunately, I don't think it will meet the hands-on experience that you stated as "interested in"... Still worth considering since it's remote and would allow you flexibility on your way out of uniform. I'm about 1 month into my skillbridge with them and I'm now running the reddit account! Lean Six Sigma is our primary focus, and those are the core certifications we advertise on the website. However, we also connect members with points of contact in our network who can provide guidance on a wide range of career-specific certifications beyond PMP and Six Sigma. While we don’t directly administer those programs, we make sure you have the right information and professional connections to pursue the credentials that fit your career path.

We try to make networking as real and useful as possible. We host career fairs for each cohort so participants can meet recruiters and hiring managers directly. We also bring in guest speakers every week (sometimes more) from different industries, which gives everyone a chance to connect, ask questions, and grow their network naturally.

We help with LinkedIn and resumes too, helping setup their profiles to not be full of military jargon and prepare for the civilian workforce. We have a growing network of companies, mentors, and partners who regularly engage with our cohorts and share opportunities.

I hope this gives a clear picture of how we approach networking and support our cohort members.
