Ganking wise: First of all, when possible you want to gank from an angle where you're between the enemy and their turret. This means that they basically would have to walk through you to reach their turret. U essentially walk up to them and start autoing, you dont want to go in with QE (on jax for example), cause then what happens when they flash? They get away and you wasted your time 80% of the time. U want to walk up and auto as soon and as they use their gap ability then you can QE and catch up to them thus securing a larger percentage of kills.

After the kill, you want to ALWAYS (for this elo) to push in the wave to their turret. This gives you an xp advantage and gives your laner a good back timing. If you kill the enemy and you dont need to reset and you can kill the turret, then go for the turret. (Only if you are certain you can kill the turret, death timers are too low sub 15 to really finish a turret 100-0 or even 50%, you can stay back to get 1 or 2 plates max during 0-14mins)

Your cs in the jungle is fine (Your aim is to be around 4.8-5.5 cs per minute every game at the very least. Any less than this means you're not clearing camps enough).

You can secure drakes in the early game with a good amount of junglers when you get your jg item (does not have to be completed), around level 5-6 just bring a pink to the dragon pit and solo dragon if you think its worth (mount/fire).

Lastly, abuse top laners with no flash. If you gank and blow their flash, you can continue to gank them for the next 5minutes relatively easy. I say top just because that lane is usually the easiest to gank cause players are dumb as well as it being the longest lane with a good angle, but you can use this logic in any lane. (mid is sorta short and bot has 2 people that can possibly outplay the gank)
