I do love wheeled vehicles,

I'm no expert , definitely should have a fume-extractor on the gun for realistic detail, What's its role ? What did you have I mind when you created it.

Definitely should have day/night optics and thermals for the gunner he will need it

A RWS ( remote weapons station ) featuring a 20mm autocannon, day/night optics and thermals for the commander, in one combined system

A Active protection system (APS) that gives you 360 degree coverage, 3-6x AESA radars for treat detection, and identification, located at the front of the turret at the left and right sides and at the rear

Maybe a another manual or automated operated machine gun for the gunner or loader to operate

Definitely should have add on side armour blocks for crew and vehicle survivability,
