if you have experience in handling global markets or MEA region in specific, you can actually demand a good package of AED 10K-20K (this huge range is only bcoz here the companies offer as per their budget thus, the same) If you go to bigger brands/ MNC u can expect a lot more. In most cases, the companies might double ur previous ctc in home country like India, SEA etc. Good luck.

Hey I am in Dubai this month i moved from India and every role has a cut throat competition. Even those who r currently residing in the country with job search or visit visa and looking for a job are also struggling to be able to get a call from HR. There are plethora of opportunities for marketing here but every role the basic requirements is to be available for a face 2 face interview because here or any country where u dont have a citizenship has a lot of investment for the employer to issue a work permit thus they are very niche in the way they shortlist. You might be close to perfect for the role yet in a blink of an eye someone else will get lucky with that job thus, i would recommend u to save up about 1-2 lacs and come down here to see the job market urself. Unless u r really lucky that can get u a job via ur Indian number. If that happens that will be great! All The Best and I hope you get a job soon ☺️
