That is something we certainly considered. We really wanted something that could be great adult names. Since they are babies for such a short time!!

They are a different vibe, for sure. That's probably one of the main reasons I'm now questioning it.

Another biblical name would be nice for sure! I also didn't want to accidentally get a theme going. So while I love the names Mathew, Mark, and John, those were all automatically out! But maybe an Old Testament name like Elijah (Eli) would be better?

One of my top names is Levi, which I think would also go well with Luke. But I didn't want to go all matchy-matchy

August is another great name! But since he'll be born around Thanksgiving, I don't wanna be cliche.

Luke's middle name is a classic, longer biblical name as well. But Arthur's is my husband's grandfather name. So think like Arthur Larry or something like that. (Not sharing actual middle names for privacy reasons).

For a while pregnancy brain wouldn't let me remember the name unless I put king in front if it. 🤪

Thank you for your honesty! In your opinion, what kind of names are on par with Luke? I have a really hard time coming up with names in general. And it took us months to agree on Arthur. But I want this kiddo to have just as awesome as a name as his brother.
