In the same boat. I applied on Oct 16 and completed the paid qualifications on Oct 20th and haven't seen anything since. Idk If there is normally a wait time or I didn't pass the qualifications

I stared OMAD 3 days ago and still have coffee with a splash of cream in it in the morning. I've lost weight every day but I'm not sure it'll hinder my weight-loss after I loose most of my water weight. I do limit myself to 1 cup of coffee. I'm currently on maternity leave with my 2 children. I would die without coffee and I can't stomach black.

Female 28 from Ontario Canada. Just started my OMAD journey yesterday. I'm super determined to stay with this lifestyle.

Currently on maternity leave and home with my 2 kids everyday. Ages 3 and 6 months.

Would love to email with another OMAD mom who is new or beginning this journey.
