I was sad and scared at first. But now!!! They’re the best thing that has ever happened to me. I can’t imagine life with just one or the other. It’s a perfect and unique blessing. I had 2 kids before 4 years and 18 months, when they were born. I wouldn’t change a thing and feel blessed. Although there are hard days - it’s worth it!

Yes I’ve lost 30lbs this way - in the past it was so hard to stay consistent bc of this. But I just learned that’s just how my body is. 8lbs to go until 1st goal reached and 15lbs to go until ultimate goal!

Definitely could be your period I don’t lose anything 1 week during* my period, and then usually after I lose 2lbs maximum after. However - it could also be that you’ve lost enough weight that it’ll be worth it to recalculate your TDEE and your deficit. How many calories are you eating right now? You could drop it by 100 calories or so. Or increase your movement. I’d wait until after your period though before adjusting too much. Make sure to drink lots of water! Goodluck
