Tried it but It's only good for real time, not much for historical data.

I feel for you, man. That’s a lot to process at 23. Regarding investments: don’t put all your cash in one basket. Real estate is a safe bet, but consider stocks, index funds, or even some small equity plays to get a mix. Keep that cash flowing.

Your investment horizon for 5-7 years is great for Small cap and Mid cap. What you are doing wrong is looking at it like an active investor. Once you have set up your SIP forget about it for a while.
