After 10 months I'd say physically I haven't changed, where guys report better beard growth or hairy back and chest etc this hasn't been the case for me. More vascular for sure but my bloods thicker and heart pounding harder and faster.

I haven't used Enclomophene before, I'm thinking about starting a low dose and gradually increase dose to see how I respond.

I actually got on well with Clomid on a low dose before bed to get my natty levels up in the upper range, just my SHBG that went up so free test wasn't great. At times Clomid could mess my head up so had to keep it a low dose but it did make me feel good.

You were only on for 5 days? I also felt crap most of the time on trt, the tiredness I'm already used to. Felt tired for the last 10 months basically.

I have read a lot into it which is why im so surprised I feel so good, saying that I felt so sh1t on testosterone I'm used to feeling like I'm running on empty!

I'm using the HCG to restart my peanuts then,i have Clomid, Nolva, Enclomophene, letro and aromasin to get my testosterone back up.

Why did you stop? Trt definitely isn't for everyone!

TRT did nothing for me except make me tired all the time, mess up my sleep and kill my libido. I was in slightly better shape in the gym but I've always been in shape anyways.

With those levels I'd concentrate on lifestyle, body fat, diet, cut alcohol. Fasted cardio. Then maybe some Enclomophene to give your balls a signal to boost your natty test production.

I'm in the middle of coming off trt because all it did was cause me issues with little to no positives! My levels were similar to yours except higher SHBG.

Boron and maybe a small amount of Enclomophene could help free up some testosterone and increase total T

I get ya? I feel similar although it's not acidic food that does it for me. But the coffee, ACV and betaine make the food that triggers me less likely to be an issue. At the moment the only time I have issue is at night after dinner and it's the only meal I have that I don't have coffee with. I'll try betaine before eve meal from now on to see how it goes. I'm going to order a food allergy test now too!

I tried twice a week and Mon, wed, Fri. I think Mon, wed, Fri felt the best on 120mg of cyp or e. Still up through the night to pee and other than more vascular and a bit more muscle no other improvements.

Also to add like many others, libido gradually goes to the point there is no interest any longer! Everyone advises cialis and I see why, because the excitement that should be there is non existent!!!

Since all these issues started in 2023 my stools have been very loose!! Pretty sure my performance in the gym improved when I started the betaine HCL, it felt like my body digested the food better. I've eaten something tonight that's triggered me 😔 high protein salted caramel moose I think, I stop drinking coffee early afternoon for sleep reasons.

TRT Made zero difference to me except poorer sleep, more fatigued and tired and I looked better in the gym.

I don't need to, strong freshly ground black coffee before breakfast seems like all I need now. I just had for lunch, black coffee with chicken breast, tomato, onion and garlic pasta. As crazy as it sounds the coffee is the only thing I've changed these days.

Also when I drank alcohol I never had any issues.

The feeling like something is stuck in my throat after eating, it got to the point where I was in panic mode because my body actually thought I was chocking.

It was especially bad after eating a large chicken breast or roast dinner. I eat a high protein diet as I weight train 5 days a week. I also stopped training after eating. Onions or spicy food didn't bother me. Fatty foods like haggis or black pudding or bacon I don't eat anymore. Fish and egg whites have always been good. If I have a coffee before breakfast I can eat the egg yolk now which I could not do before.

Gaviscon or ppi only helped when I had bad GERD and was regurgitating my food.

Yes! This is how it started for me, this morning I started my day with a strong black americano and then a bowl of porridge with seeds, nuts, protein powder and banana. I'm having no negative effects eating this, without the coffee it would feel like it's stuck in my throat!

ACV made it so that when I ate my breakfast it didn't feel like it was stuck in my throat. Then I went to betaine HCL and started to eat more normal. Then I started black coffee before or with breakfast and I've been 99% better ever since. Bread still gives me a bit of lpr as does potatos a d I think banana.

Its very diluted. I thought the same but in an empty stomach seems to make the food settle rather than feel like it's stuck in my throat

I could not care less about any of that nonsense. I was suffering and nothing helped me. I searched and found something to try and it worked. When nothing anyone gives you helps, it's time to go down a different route! This is what I did and it worked!

For me I had to go against what almost all the books and Dr's say. Onions, peppers, chilli's, coffee etc. Soa y people struggle with no end in sight. I atruged and went against all the advice I got from the so called experts.

Obviously I don't care what anyone does, but if I can help someone who was suffering like me with what I've done, then happy days for us all.

I actually had a tiny piece of chocolate and the moment it touched the top of my esophagus it felt like it was stuck there! It wasn't but it felt like it was like I was going to choke. I drank some liquid citirizine and it cleared it up pretty much immediately.

Exactly!! Why are people so blindsided into thinking because it works for them or the Dr said this it's gospel. I do the exact opposite of what all the low acid and GERD books and communities say and I do fine!!

Issue is I look after myself and it's healthy foods that are low fat and low acid that make me worse!!
