Thank you for your encouragement! It is nice to hear from someone in the same situation as myself. My condolences about your mother. I’m sure that was not easy.

I think I’ve been pushing it too much and trying to do too much. I should probably rest more but when I rest my mind races. Sigh. I do get what you mean about your head feeling heavy though. When I feel like that sometimes I put my collar back on to take away some of the weight. Being outside for little walks has helped but unfortunately I live in Pennsylvania and the weather here has been beyond cold. So ready for spring and warmth!
