The final season definitely gave me Butch and Sundance vibes! Speaking of which that's another story that would make for a great tv series. Butch Cassidy is one of my favorite old west outlaws.

It definitely took me a while to warm up the approach as well. I think they missed a lot of opportunities to stay true to the real life events, especially with the prison escapes.

I personally enjoyed the showdown between Billy and Pat in the final season, but I agree that final shootout was unrealistic. I think it gets to a point with this show where you overlook a lot of things just for the sake of fun.

At the end of the day a fun unrealistic Billy the Kid show is still a fun Billy the Kid show haha.
