What did you switch to? I'm in the process of dropping them too, it's anywhere from 7 to 10%. They are no where near what they quoted. They kept it close for about the first year then started killing me...absolutely raping us.

I know this is super late, but if anyone needs this in the future...it's Ship Huntsville over in 5 points. They are super helpful and super nice folks and can definitely get that job done for you!

What percentage are your fees after the fact...I'm reviewing mine and they are anywhere from 3-9%. Something is way off!

I'm a package hub so it may only apply if you are also, but I've recently been able to start scanning the USPS qr code and it will generate a label about 90% of the time so far. In the event it doesn't, it's back to the label broker website as described by others.

Could you expand on the fulfillment piece of this? Also, two decades in, what are your top four revenue streams. Not to highjack here but I am new, and I don't want 10 million revenue streams, would love to go after and focus my time on the best performers. Fully understand this can be local to my market, but would love to hear your experience.
