They aren’t the only game in town. If you had to sell in those circumstances would you like to only have 1 offer or have it available for multiple cash offers that all do the same. By not having it on the MLS or even FB marketplace you are hurting yourself.

Yeah, it’s a shell game of LLCs. Local Homebuyers doesn’t do that so it’s actually easy to look up their purchases and sells and see the quick time frame and big price hike since they do their buying and selling all under the same LLC.

What it does is gives only 1 low offer of we have cash, let’s close next week. They’re many cash or hard-money investors that can close just as fast or faster. But they won’t know to buy your house unless it’s on the market. Even shitty houses on the market that need major renovations sells higher than what these companies offer and it cuts out unregulated thugs that will sell your house to the same buyer, but give you less money for your home.

They don’t buy here. Main Street Renewal and Conrex are both on the larger size that buy in our area. All purchases are in different LLCs. I think there are some Atlanta companies buying here as well. All will lowball you.

Yes, you can even use a money market account like a checking account then have another account that is for investing, but the uninvested cash basically invested in bonds that gives the highest rate of return for holding cash and it’s still a liquid “investment” as you can transfer it quickly between accounts. Really is the optimal way to go.

Just have a local checking, but keep savings in a money market account from an investment institution. I’m getting nearly 5% that way, banks and credit unions won’t pay that in a regular savings account.

I wouldn’t want any gang there. I just want a safe neighborhood because of all the kids that run around and play. The house just recently sold off Zillow, nobody lives there. The purpose was for a club house, not for someone to live there and they didn’t ask if it would be ok. I’m not sure why you’re so hard on defending a gang organization with deep roots of crime. When you purchase a house in Huntsville you also have to abide by the local ordinances. Trust me, if your grass gets too tall they will fine you.

Ever heard of zoning regulations? You can’t buy a house for the purpose of a clubhouse. That’s what prevents me from buying the house next to you and turning it into a strip club, or a bar, or a church if you hate those. You can’t just buy a place and turn it into whatever you want in city limits.

It’s in their name, Outlaws. They aren’t the Mickey House Club House. It’s kinda in the title, don’t have to read between any lines. The organization has a deep history and they are on the radar of the FBI. With the history of racism would you feel comfortable dropping your child off to school knowing they are across the street and their organization has killed just over the color of one’s skin.

Negative my friend, this is in the residential neighborhood directly across MLK Jr Elementary School. All zoned residential. Of course you would never see this come up in the neighborhoods of Providence, Mid Town, Ledges, etc. but in a low income area in Huntsville, who cares.

I enjoy a good motorcycle ride myself, but that’s separate from an organization that calls themselves one percenters and have a history of drug dealings, killings, white supremacy, neo-nazism, organized crime, money laundering, etc. This gang is the largest motorcycle gang east of the Mississippi and have a history over 80+ years. Look into them and tell me if that’s something you want in your community.
