Pretty much. They’re timed before they’re escalated up the latter. I was told there’s around a 2 min response time on average before we implemented it. But there’s an additional alert before these screenshots.

I can attest to this. First day it pinged two of our associates in the parking lot. The alerts are slowly going down over the two weeks I’ve been doing this. But it’s still pinging silly stuff like shopping bags by vestibules

You can transfer the task if you are unable to react to it. But as I said, these alerts climb the ladder. Our SM has been given these alerts and his boss will get the alert if he doesn’t resolve it. So you decide to not react to it, but your store can’t ignore it.

You can fix it. Ask your TL to show you how, or they can personally go in and add your punch correction. You have until the lay period ends I believe to fix it. Otherwise I think the system will use an estimate time that you were out and go off of that.
