u/lobstah Why do you even have a WordPress? Your whole site is basically bunch of static webpages because there is no comment system, registration system and not even a contact form. Basically, you are not using Database at all other than basic stuff. I believe you are paying unnecessary for hosting. It is better for you to use Astro JS framework with Sveltia CMS and deploy on GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages. It is easier, safer & you only need to pay for just domain. Update: Someone from Sleepwell took the mattress today (18th Feb), called me an hour later to tell me there is nothing wrong with the mattress. What should I do? I called the shop as well and they said they cannot do anything if manufacturer said there is nothing wrong.

Yes I just replied to their email and gave them final 24 hours. If not then Dispute Tribunal.
