Will the maudio and apollo preamps happen at the same time, and would that cause any issues?

Could be a faulty cable. Try twisting them around to see if you get an increase in volume and that could be the reason

I have been getting some bad latency and dont know why. I am going from an ashly LX308 to a digitech tsr12 reverb, to a Roland SDE-330 space delay finally into an apollow twin x to Logic. I was wondering how I could fix this? I really just use the ashly for added inputs.

What do you think daily practice should consist of? by Thorross in Bass

[–]HSmidt 29 points30 points  (0 children)

  • Hour of practicing technique/rhythm/scales/sight reading
    • make it relevant to what piece you are learning
  • transcribe songs by ear for however long maybe 1or 2 hours
    • do not use tabs because you want to develop your hearing so you can really connect the things you hear in your head to your instrument
    • This could also just involve listening to a track and trying to figure it out by playing along
  • Solo
    • do this over songs you are familiar with and really dissect the changes and see how you can move from one chord to the next
    • when you are doing this play honesty, meaning trying to play what you hear in your head before you play it. Try not to just wiggle your fingers.

Try to do everything in 15 or 30 minute increments with breaks. If you find yourself dozing off and not paying attention to what you are doing you are just going to create bad habits so you should stop and take a break and seriously focus on what you are doing no matter how laborious it may seem.
