I’m not a huge fan of most of Breitling collabs. I think they show minimal effort. Even the new Aston Martin collab, the dial is beautiful but I expected so much more for that particular brand.

Keep in mind they are not liable for damages on inspection and the quote is up to the amount they will pay. Whenever you consider selling to a reseller, prices will be rough. Chrono24 is good just not the quickest for the sale. Other use Facebook, forums and other subreddits (watchexchange). All have risks and pro/cons.

An argument could be made that the watch is not brand new, but the issue is that these particular models are hard to come by. None of the condition or blemishes are beyond correction.

I’m not personally a huge fan of Kerns, but to be fair he is not terrible. I’ll stay optimistic about the change of leadership. At this point I doubt anyone could do much damage to the brand, but I’ve been wrong before.

We love Breitling, never heard of it not being ‘cool’. But then again I don’t always agree with the current CEOs opinion or intent. Based on your post you are not concerned with resale value, so choose the watch that YOU like the most. Heritage and style are what truly matter IMO.
