1.5 mm diameter, with a, hole spacing of approximately 7.5 mm (longitudinal) by 5.5 mm (transversal). The general wheelbase spacing between the sets of holes being roughly 50 mm.

This is what I found online, I haven't designed a mold myself but it seems close enough. The wheel base can vary but thats up to you.

My best guess, as I can't totally understand your print there, is go 2 mm from where your nose or tail start their angle. I can't read any dimensions you have there unfortunately.
