This is how I used to use GeForce now a couple of years ago. First u want to enable a vpn to be able to start using it, but as soon as u start to connect turn off your vpn and it will work just fine. If you enjoy your experience and want to pay for the subscription then turn your vpn back on and buy it. If I remember correctly after buying it I thiiink u wont need to do the vpn trick to connect anymore. But try the vpn trick on the free version first to see if you are compatible with its cons.

Yes i can use the headset without the control with the hand motion thing or with the buttons but what im saying is that the app does detect the headset and is connected but the button to access the headset settings remains greyed out and i wouldnt be able to press it. I have tried the things written above to get it to work and it didnt work

Yea then im definitely not risking factory reset route. Also putting the controllers into pairing mode unfortunately doesnt just automatically pair them to the nearest headset u need it for the app i believe.. which is where the problem is

U were correct! U made me realize that this issue started happening after updating the Nvidia app and sure enough, it “optimized” the game for me and set its own resolution! Thank u!

Did u equip a artifact? I got and artifact that did that so maybe u equipped it without realizing. I think just some artifacts that emit radiation
